- Establish practices and reusable guidance for effective human-AI collaboration, including prompting, context engineering, agent workflows, and AI-assisted development.
- Design and execute proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging AI technologies, validate enterprise applicability, and establish patterns for broader adoption.
- Continuously assess AI platforms, models, development tools, and agentic technologies for maturity, organizational fit, security considerations, and potential business value.
- Produce architectural guidance, internal documentation, standards, reusable assets, and adoption frameworks supporting safe and consistent AI usage.
- Define adoption and effectiveness measures used to evaluate AI initiatives, identify friction points, and continuously evolve organizational practices.
- Act as a bridge between rapidly evolving AI capabilities and enterprise constraints, translating technological advances into actionable architectures, governance models, and implementation strategies.
